Q: WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

A: At FreeBLACKLaw Apparel, we are 100% confident in the quality of our brand and are dedicated to delivering a stellar product and experience. If this is not the case, our return policy grants every customer thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to return any unsatisfactory items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. If you received a defective item, we'll gladly replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.For more information on our returns/exchange policy, visit our RETURNS page.

Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.

Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

A: All orders are processed as soon as they are received, so we are unable to modify an order after it is placed. Please refer to our RETURNS page for further information on initiating returns or exchanges.   

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: YES, we service over 100 countries. 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

A: Orders are shipped within five (5) business days. Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 5-7 business days. Most orders are received within 10 business days of ordering. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

Q: WHY IS MY ITEM ON BACKORDER?

A: Occasionally, an item (or variation) for sale on FreeBLACKLaw.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag.

Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances. You will receive an email with any changes or updates. 

Q: WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS DO YOU PRINT ON?

A: Our products are printed on 100% softstyle cotton apparel from Gildan or American Apparel. Please refer to the size chart for more detailed information. 

Q: HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW MERCHANDISE?
A: Our inventory is updated regularly. Please continue to check our New Arrivals Collection and subscribe to our email list for updates on new apparel. For special order requests, please contact us
